As an ally to the LGBTQI+ community, ERB support for their acceptance, safety, and equal treatment. It works to eliminate discrimination, stigma, and violence against LGBTQI individuals through awareness programs, policy awareness, and support networks. ERB champions political transparency, inclusivity, and accountability. The organization promotes reforms to ensure that marginalized voices, including women, youth, and minority groups, are represented in the political process. Understanding the transformative potential of young people, ERB invests in youth empowerment programs. It equips young leaders with the tools to challenge societal norms, inspire change, and take action in their communities.
ERB envisions a society where every individual can exercise their rights without fear or prejudice. Through partnerships with civil society, government bodies, and international organizations, it strives to make this vision a reality.
